I am a nutritionist registered with the Association For Nutrition. I have a Masters (MSc) degree in Nutrition and a first class Honours degree (BSc) in Nutrition and Exercise.
At 13 years old, I removed refined sugar from my diet for a year. I became fascinated by the way in which food affects the body, the mind and the soul. Since then I have had a passion for nutrition and exercise and living a healthy lifestyle. I then spent five years studying nutrition at university in order to qualify as a registered nutritionist.
My experiences to date include: working on a weight loss camp, nutrition advisory role, working at Harley Street's The Food Doctor clinic, recipe development at Livia's Kitchen, working as a nutrition consultant for a high street brand developing a new concept, working as a nutrition consultant to a variety of developing brands and cafes.
I am passionate about educating people to utilise food and their lifestyle in order to improve their quality of life. I am very much dedicated to the idea that there is no one size fits all and everyone's approach to nutrition is different. With this in mind, I work closely with my clients to implement nutritional strategies which fit into their lifestyle and their goals.
