Banana Ice Cream is one of those things I rarely get round to making but when I do I absolutely love it. This recipe is really simple and quick (as long as you have frozen the bananas before). Another tip is to make sure they're overly ripe before you freeze them. The riper they are, the sweeter they'll be. 

Ingredients: 

3 Overly ripe frozen bananas
1 tsp vanilla powder
1 tsp matcha powder
1 tsp greens powder

Optional toppings: nuts, granola, bee pollen, berries.

Method:

1. Place all the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour out into a jar and top with desired toppings.
