Chocolate Almond Butter Domes 

These little showstoppers couldn't be any easier, but trust me they'll blow your guests away. 


100g dark chocolate or cacao (Ombar are great) 
1-2 tbsp coconut nectar (depending on your taste)
2 tbsp almond butter 

Toppings: Freeze-dried raspberries, coconut, nuts, bee pollen. 

1. Melt the cacao in a pan over a very low heat. Once melted add in the coconut nectar. 
2. Place into moulds and set in the freezer for 4-6 hours. (If the moulds aren't chocolate specific I recommend greasing with coconut oil. 
3. Turn the domes out of the moulds and top with almond butter and toppings. Enjoy!
