Chocolate Orange Almond Butter Cups

Because chocolate orange and almond butter ... Need I say more?

Ingredients:

70g cacao butter
45g cacao powder
50g sweetner (I used honey)
4 drops of orange extract (optional)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Filling:
50g almond butter

Method:

1. Heat the cacao butter on the stove over a very low heat. Once melted add the remaining chocolate ingredients and stir.
2. Coat the outside of the cup moulds in chocolate and freeze for 10 mins.
3. Then pour some more chocolate into the mould (fill about 1/3) then add a tsp of almond butter and cover with chocolate again. Freeze for 2-3 hours before serving.
