Deliver a professional service: To deliver a professional, qualified and friendly service in line in full compliance with the Health Care Professionals Council (HCPC), the British Dietetics Association (BDA) and the Association for Nutrition (AfN).
Confidentiality: All client information that is discussed and stored will be kept confidential and secure.
Insurance: as a Registered Associate Nutritionist, I hold professional indemnity insurance.
Continued professional development: I am committed to CPD to ensure my knowledge is maintained in order to provide a continued professional service.
You are responsible for ensuring you are on time to any scheduled appointments.
You are responsible for making payments on time, prior to the start of your programme/ service. An up-front payment will be required to the start of your individually tailored service.
Jenna Hope Nutrition LTD. Reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a service at an incorrect price due to typographical error.
Please contact email@example.com if you would like to rearrange your scheduled appointment. A 50% deposit will be required prior to the consultation with the remaining to be paid on the day. A refund is available if cancellation is greater than 7-days of the booked appointment. The deposit is non-refundable after this time and no shows will be charged at the full rate.
