Overnight Bircher Muesli

This recipe is the answer to the on going problem... More sleep or breakfast? There's no excuse not to eat breakfast when it's this easy and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 Apple (grated)
    2 tbsp desiccated coconut
    1 tbsp chia seeds
    Handful of crushed walnuts
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1 tbsp yoghurt (Greek or non-dairy)
    1/2 cup milk (of your choice).

Method

1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and leave in the fridge overnight. Top with extra berries.
