Avocado Salad

 

If bring a dish is your dreaded nightmare because you know it means spending all day in the kitchen, testing 1000 different recipes and making a total mess of the kitchen before one turns out semi-decent  then this recipe is for you!

It couldn’t be simpler, more delicious or nutritious.

Ingredients:

3 large avocados
1 large bunch or fresh coriander
The juice of 2 1/2 limes
Pinch of Himalayan salt
1  fresh chilli (optional)

Method:

  1. Chop the avocados into large chunks
  2. Squeeze the lime juice over and ensure all the avocado is covered. Add the salt.
  3. Roughly chop the coriander and stir in.
  4. Thinly slice the chillis (with or without seeds depending on how much heat you and your guests can take).
  5.  Plate up and enjoy
