3 large avocados
1 large bunch or fresh coriander
The juice of 2 1/2 limes
Pinch of Himalayan salt
1 fresh chilli (optional)
- Chop the avocados into large chunks
- Squeeze the lime juice over and ensure all the avocado is covered. Add the salt.
- Roughly chop the coriander and stir in.
- Thinly slice the chillis (with or without seeds depending on how much heat you and your guests can take).
- Plate up and enjoy
