Sweet Potato Toast

Looking for a grain and nut free bread recipe? Look no further!
This toast is packed with flavour. I love it topped with Nush Cheese!

1 1/2 large sweet potatoes (roasted and peeled)
2 eggs
1/2 cup buckwheat flour
1/2 cup tahini
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tbsp dried onions 
1tbsp apple cider vinegar
4 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda


1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
2. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until fully combined.
3. Pour into a lined loaf tin and bake for 45 minutes. Turn the oven off and allow to cool inside the oven.
