Warm Spiced Smoothie

 

It's getting colder and so morning smoothies are just no longer acceptable... Until now that it. As a result, I've created a warm spiced smoothie which packs a punch!

Recipe:  2 bananas 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp mixed spice pinch of allspice 1/4 tsp vanilla powder 1 tsp lucuma powder (optional) 300ml coconut milk      Method:  1. Place all the ingredients into a blend and blend until smooth.  2. Pour the mix into a saucepan and place over a low light until heated through. 3. Pour the drink into a mug and enjoy.
