That’s why I’ve teamed up with Dr Emily Brill, an amazing Counselling Psychologist and Bianca Goldsmith, Pre and Post-natal PT and Exercise Specialist to create our Mother’s Day Reset. Together we’re supporting you from every angle: physical, nutritional and emotional.
